We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund for orders placed on freerangevitality.com.

Heads up (skincare & wellness): For safety and hygiene, we can’t take back opened or used items unless there’s a fault or defect.

Quick rule: Email us before sending anything back. We’ll share the right return address and your RMA number. Packages sent without an approved RMA or to the wrong place can’t be processed and will be refused.

1) Return Window

  • You’ve got 30 days from delivery (per the carrier tracking) to start a return. Nice and simple.

2) Eligibility for Change‑of‑Mind Returns

To keep everyone safe and products fresh, change‑of‑mind returns are approved when:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All seals/shrink‑wrap/tamper bands are intact.

  • All inserts and packaging are included.

  • You can provide your order number or receipt.

Not eligible: opened/used products (unless faulty), Final Sale items, gift cards, free gifts, and downloadable/trial items.

3) Before You Send Anything Back (RMA Required)

  1. Email us first at info@freerangevitality.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  2. If applicable, attach clear photos/videos of any damage/defect and the packaging.

  3. Upon approval, we will send you:

    • a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and

    • the correct return address and packing instructions.

No unauthorized returns: Packages sent without first contacting us and obtaining an RMA or sent to an incorrect address will be refused or returned to sender and will not be processed.

4) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Change of mind? You cover return shipping. We don’t issue prepaid labels for this.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • Approved change‑of‑mind returns have a 10% restocking fee for inspection and handling.

  • Use a trackable, insured carrier. Until it reaches our return facility, the parcel is your responsibility.

5) Refunds

  • Once your return lands and passes inspection, we’ll email you the approval/denial.

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method for the product price minus: (a) the original shipping, and (b) the 10% restocking fee (change‑of‑mind only).

  • Banks can be slow—please allow 5–10 business days after our approval for the funds to show.

6) Exchanges

Want something different? The fastest route is to place a new order and return the original (if eligible). If stock allows, we can do a like‑for‑like swap for the same item.

7) Faulty/Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If something isn’t right when it arrives:

  • Email info@freerangevitality.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the issue + packaging.

  • If we confirm a defect, damage, or our shipping error, we’ll replace, repair, or refund and cover reasonable return costs (we’ll provide a prepaid label when needed).

  • Opened items are okay to return when there’s a confirmed defect.

8) Bundles, Discounts & Partial Returns

  • Bundles/sets need to come back complete and in original condition.

  • Returning part of a bundle? Your refund may adjust to reflect the regular price of the items you keep.

  • Discounts/promos are applied to returns based on the actual amount you paid.

9) Undeliverable/Refused Packages

If a parcel is refused at delivery or bounces back as undeliverable, we can refund the item minus shipping, the 10% restocking fee, and any carrier return charges.

10) International Returns

  • Duties, taxes, import fees aren’t refundable by us.

  • You’re responsible for any return customs paperwork/charges.

11) Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting after we’ve approved your refund?

  1. Double‑check with your bank/card issuer.

  2. If it’s been 10 business days and nothing’s shown up, email us at info@freerangevitality.com with your order number and we’ll help.

12) Where to Send Returns

  • We’ll share the return address after approval in your RMA email.

  • Please don’t ship returns to our registered address (3110 1st Avenue North, Suite 2M, St. Petersburg, FL 33713, USA) — it’s not set up to receive returns.

  • Unauthorized returns (no RMA / wrong address) will be refused or returned to sender and won’t be processed.
