We ship fast and keep you posted at every step. Below is everything you need to know about timelines, tracking, and what to do if something goes off-track.

1) Where We Ship

  • United States: All 50 states + DC.
  • International: Selected countries. Availability and rates are shown at checkout.

2) Processing Time

  • Orders typically leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Pre-orders or items marked with special lead times will ship once they’re in stock (we’ll note this on the product page).

3) Shipping Options, Rates & ETA

  • Available services and prices are shown at checkout based on your address, weight, and carrier availability.
  • Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped.

Heads up: Shipping times are estimates. Weather, customs, and carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll always help you track things down.

4) Tracking

  • You’ll get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order heads out.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

5) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the exact address you provide.
  • Need a change? Email info@freerangevitality.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it’s already with the carrier, redirects may not be possible and extra fees may apply.

6) Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Damaged)

  • Marked Delivered but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, and look around porches/side doors. If it doesn’t turn up within 48 hours, email us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
  • In-transit delays/loss: If the tracking hasn’t moved for several days, reach out. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it and arrange a solution.
  • Damaged in transit: Email photos of the packaging + product to info@freerangevitality.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right per our Returns Policy.

7) PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Special Addresses

  • Some carriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If a service isn’t available, you’ll see alternatives at checkout.

8) International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by us.
  • Customs processing can add time to delivery. We can’t expedite customs, but we’ll provide the required paperwork with your parcel.

9) Split Shipments

  • To get items to you sooner, orders may ship in multiple boxes at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

10) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to edit or cancel, contact us right away. Once an order is processing or shipped, changes/cancellations are usually not possible.

11) Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable, we’ll process it per our Returns Policy — typically a refund of the item price minus original shipping, any carrier return charges, and applicable restocking fees.

12) Returns

Returns are handled by our Refund & Returns Policy. Quick version: email us first for an RMA and the correct return address. Please don’t send returns to the registered address.
